Takeover & further development

Get a project briefing on your Laravel, Vue.js or Statamic project

We take over and continue developing your codebase. Start the briefing — we'll come back with a concrete plan for your project.

Takes 5 minutes. No strings attached.

What you get

  • A structured briefing of your project
  • A follow-up meeting with one of our technical experts
  • Technical sparring about your setup
  • A concrete plan for how we can help

How a project briefing works

From the moment you give us access until we come back with a concrete plan typically takes 1-2 business days. We keep it tight so you get a decision foundation quickly.

  1. You fill out the form

5 minutes describing your project, technology stack and what you need help with. You also give us access to the codebase.

  2. We do the code review

Our technical team reads your code line by line. We assess quality, architecture, security, performance and maintainability — within 1-2 business days.

  3. You get a written report + estimate

We send a concrete recommendation by email: what should be improved, what can be built upon directly, and an hour estimate for the next steps.

  4. Follow-up meeting with our technical experts

We take 30 minutes on a call or in-person where we go through the report and answer questions. You decide whether to continue with us — no obligation.

Frequently asked questions about takeover and further development

Can you take over an existing project built by another agency?

Yes — that's exactly what we're best at. We've taken over codebases from both large and small agencies on different stacks, and we go in respecting the foundation that's already been built. The project briefing is the first step and gives us both a solid foundation to work from.

Which technologies do you work with?

We work with modern web and SaaS stacks — including Laravel, Vue.js, Statamic, WordPress, Nuxt, Node.js (Express, Nest, Hono), Inertia.js, Livewire, TypeScript, Go, Convex and more. We've also written Build an API with Laravel — the book on Laravel API development used by developers in 81 countries. We always take a stance on your specific setup and say so openly up front if we're not the right match.

What does it cost to work with you?

We work on both hourly rate and fixed price — described in detail on our pricing page. The project briefing itself is free to start, and we always give a concrete assessment before we start paid work.

What happens after the project briefing?

You get a concrete plan for how we can take your project further. That can be anything from small fixes to larger development work. If you choose to continue with us, we get started on the agreed work at the agreed hourly rate.

How quickly can you get started?

It depends on the scope of the project and our current capacity. We always give a realistic timing after the initial dialogue — typically within a few weeks from first contact.

Do you work with clients across Denmark and Europe?

Yes. We're based in Odense, Denmark, but work with clients across the country and Europe. Most of it happens online via calls, Slack or email, and we meet in person when it makes sense.

What if we need both design and development?

We're a full-service web agency with experience in UX, design and development. We can deliver complete solutions — or join a team where you already have some of the skills in place.
