Our challenge

Easyform is a specialized SaaS platform developed for the cycling industry, with the purpose of digitizing and simplifying workshop booking and workflows. The solution is currently used by over 100 bike shops and workshops in Denmark – from smaller retailers to larger chains.

The platform allows customers to book service online, after which work orders are automatically created directly in the POS system. This creates a better flow for mechanics, reduces administration, and significantly improves the customer experience.

Easyform was developed from scratch with a focus on functionality, performance, and visual simplicity. The challenge was to create a solution that not only worked technically but could also be widely implemented in an industry with varying needs, systems, and workflows.

Our approach

The goal with Easyform was to create a solution that simplifies everyday life for both bike workshops and their customers.

The system was not just meant to automate booking and workflows – it had to do so with an inviting, easy-to-understand expression tailored to the industry's needs.

We therefore worked with a digital design where functionality and design go hand in hand: simple colors, high contrast, clear typography, and clear flows. The result is a platform where user-friendliness and technical stability merge – making the complex feel simple.

The solution

We developed a specialized booking platform that enables bike workshops to handle customer bookings digitally – without losing overview or control. Customers can book appointments directly via an online flow, and the booking automatically creates a work order in the workshop's POS system, so the mechanic has everything ready upon arrival.

The platform is built with a flexible architecture and integrates directly with Customers 1st / Bikedesk – one of the industry's most widely used POS solutions. Easyform ensures a consistent flow, regardless of the shop, and saves time in both the front- and backend.

The solution is developed in Laravel and Vue.js with a focus on performance, security, and scalability.

The overall technology stack in the project is – Laravel, Vue.js, MySQL, Laravel Forge, HTML / SCSS (ITCSS), as well as API integration to Bikedesk.

Our conclusion

We have created a modern and long-lasting brand that supports Drias' core values. The focus was kept on strong reference projects and a narrative of competent consulting with extensive know-how.

The WordPress theme is modularly built and easy to expand and maintain in the future, with the use of few plugins.
